The 45th Annual National Golden Spur Award Honors, featuring Cody Johnson, celebrates the American rancher and those continuing the incredible ranching story. Join the ranching and livestock industries for this special event recognizing the inspiring recipients of the National Golden Spur Award and the Ranching Heritage Association Working Cowboy Award.
An exclusive acoustic set performed by country music superstar Cody Johnson (singer of chart-topper Til you Cant) crowns this unforgettable evening.
The nationally televised awards show features appearances from the National Golden Spur Award honoree, Craig Haythorn of Arthur, Nebraska; the RHA Working Cowboy Award recipient, Jimbo Humphreys of Dickens, Texas; professional announcer and host for The Cowboy Channel Justin McKee; Western singer and entertainer Red Steagall; CMA Award Winner Trent Willmon; and special guests.
The National Golden Spur Award and the RHA Working Cowboy Award are the most prestigious awards presented by the ranching and livestock industries. Presentation of the National Golden Spur Award is a joint annual recognition historically given by six of the leading state and national ranching and livestock organizations: the American Quarter Horse Association, National Cattlemens Foundation, Ranching Heritage Association, Texas Cattle Feeders Association, Texas Farm Bureau, and Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
Proceeds from the National Golden Spur Award Honors benefit preservation of ranching heritage and history. For more information about the National Golden Spur Award Honors and the award recipients, visit www.goldenspurhonors.com.
