Mixed media is the best description of the projects I like to work on. Purses made from books, miniature (1″ to 1 foot scale) rooms constructed from repurposed items, fairies, angels, aprons — and drawings and prints are also in the mix.
Before focusing on studio work my energies were in the graphic design area. Now that is a sideline to being a “maker.”
Lubbock has been my home since I arrived for graduate school in 1979.
