Sally McCoy
BIO
Sally McCoy was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, but has resided in Lubbock for most of her adult life. Primarily a self-taught artist, she has worked in pencil, oil and acrylic but for the last 12 years her focus has been on creating paper mosaics.
Sally loves to “paint with paper” and her pieces are created by adhering tiny pieces of cut paint sample cards to her surface creating a finished piece that from afar looks like a painting but up close is a textured mosaic.
