Pride of West Texas Show Chorus

The Pride of West Texas Show Chorus is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, an organization of women who love to sing four-part, a cappella barbershop music. Our group here in Lubbock has been operating continuously since 1969! We have entertained at 4th on Broadway, the Lubbock Arts Festival, Candlelight at the Ranch, Moonlight Musicals and the Overton Hotel as well as at many conventions, private parties and other events at many venues around town.
Each year, we put on a show in the fall and one during the holidays. In addition to our other performances at Christmas time, we spend a day caroling at 8-10 retirement centers. Each spring, we attend a regional, 5-state competition, always striving to improve the level of our performances.
