The Buddy Holly Center

The Buddy Holly Center is a performance and visual arts center in Lubbock, Texas, dedicated to Buddy Holly as well as the music of Lubbock and West Texas.

Since 2000, the Buddy Holly Center has hosted Summer Showcase, an outdoor concert series featuring local musicians. All concerts are free to the public and family friendly. Patrons will enjoy live music, food trucks, cash bar, and free children’s craft activities; all in the beautiful, shaded Meadows Courtyard. The Center also has a wonderful fine arts gallery and of course, is home to the museum to showcase the historic collection of the great Buddy Holly.
